been a while since this blog was born, no?
the first blog post was on .. 12 November 2008.

A year of opening up(but not too much) to strangers.
A year of blogging about something meaningful, or sometimes something meaningless.

It always made my day whenever someone commented on my blog post.
It made my week when someone says 'I love your blog!'/'Your blog is awesome!'
It made my year when someone says 'You inspire my blogging!' ;) - yes, someone did say that. it's Catherine from England. ;) go read her blog here!

The main reason I made a blog is because I have so much to talk about. Or in this case to write about. I rarely ran out of things to write. (But I always ran out of things to talk about with someone ;p) I used to have LOTS OF DRAFTS. I write and write and at some point I think it's too rubbish or too personal, I deleted it. Trust me, before I post one blog post, I re-read it like 5 times. I'm OCD in that way.

I'd never put ads on my blog to earn money. It feels wrong to me. Unless I can earn thousands of dollars like Perez Hilton did with his blog, I'm staying ads-free ;D

I see now lots of people have Tumblr. which i'm not familiar with. But why change, right? I'm comfortable with blogspot. it's easy to use. (nope, blogger didn't pay me anything for this advertising. pfft.)

ANYWAY, it's 2010 tomorrow!
can you believe it?! A year, a decade has passed. =O!!

now i'm not big on 'new year's resolution', so i'm not making one. plus, researchers said it'll only give you stress. teehee. NOT GOOD.

2009.

i think this year is an awesome year for me. well compared to 2008. I made lots of new friends(YokeShan, Danielle, Sheena, Lizzie. ♥ them! ), won quite a lot of stuff(includes Mariah Carey cd which I didn't go pick up because .. I'm not a fan) - which annoys Sonel very much, which I love HAHAHA. So yeah, overall, I had a geat year ;)

Highlights of 2009 for me :

- Found out who my best & real friends are (only I know who they are. don't flatter yourself. it's not you! ;p )
- Graduated school !
- Got my first iPod - ngeheheh
- New room! (separated me from my sister)
- Fall in love *cough*cough* just kidding xD

huh i forgot already. it's all in my journal but i'm not opening that up until i'm 25. hrm. so that's all i guess. heh.

ps; because of different timezones, some countries will enter 2010 earlier. Ain't it cool to call someone from the other side of the world, and they're still in 2009??! ;D
