Golden ticket.

So it begins.

American Idol is the only reality show I watch these days, unless you count Wipeout and The Bachelor. Okay just kidding, I don't watch The Bachelor(ette). No offense to their fans, but I'd rather get my leg broken on Survivor than joining a show that pretty much guarantees a broken heart as the consolation prize. It's just stupid.

Anyway moving on. So Idol has two new judges this season(way to go Captain Obvious).

1) J. Lo(who calls her Jennifer Lopez anyway?) looks really pretty! I've never realized how beautiful she was before. I mean I've always known she's famous for her curves and everything, but on Idol she just, *glows*.

2) Steven Tyler reminds me of Captain Jack Sparrow. But less good-looking, more sober, and more boring. I mean NOT that he's boring, I think some of his comments are hilarious but c'mon, compared to Captain Jack Sparrow, everybody will look bland.

3) 'One time, Randy Jackson punched me in the face. It was AWESOME.' - Molly DeWolf Swensen, a.k.a the White House intern. (If you're awesome enough to know what movie that reference was from, congratulations). I LAUGHED AND SCREAMED DURING THAT PART OMG. DYING.

The contestants so far.
When it comes to rooting for people, I am in a constant dilemma. I've told this a million times before and I'll say it again, I feel like a jinx! When I root for someone, they'll end up losing (except for a few rare occasions).

But the ones that stood out(doesn't mean they're the best or I'm rooting for them, but just the ones I can think of right now) for me so far are;

-Scott Dangerfield.
LOVEEEE. He reminds me of Clay Aiken(really though, every season there will be at least one. Nerdy-looking, turns out to have a great voice.)

-Travis Orlando.
I actually forgot his name, and I Googled 'american idol audition red shirt skinny jeans' and found it. LOL.

-Chris Medina
OKAY. Everybody is buzzing about him. His audition video on Youtube hits two millions views in just two days. Personally, I think he's just good. Not GREAT or AMAZING. But his story? That's true love.

That's just my two cents. And OH, I'm betting my appendix that someone will perform Grenade by Bruno Mars on the show this year. I JUST CAN FEEL IT :P

To end this blog post, I shall leave you with two of my all-time favorite performances on American Idol.

Blake Lewis(season 6) - You Give Love A Bad Name.

Megan Joy(season 8) - Walking After Midnight.

Couldn't embed it, click here if you want to watch it. Lulz.

Abu&Mus ; I love that one time when we were in the car and we heard Ryan Seacrest said 'American Idol' on the radio and we all screamed at the same time HAHAHAHAHAHA. Craziness.

ps; I also want to say a quick thank you to whoever congratulated me on.. you know :p I wish I can make you smile like how you made ME smile!
