Orientation Day!

Orientation day, everybody. It's not even compulsory, but I decided to go anyway.

8.00 a.m.
Took the train, KTM. 10 stops, 40 minutes later, arrived but don't know how to get to college. Supposedly there'll be a free shuttle bus, but don't know where to wait. So took the cab. Luckily it was super cheap.

9.00 a.m.
Arrived college, one hour earlier. It starts at 10 actually.
OH YEAH LOOK AT ME, FUTURE TOP STUDENT, YO.
Not. :P

10.00 a.m.
Brought to the lecture hall, kinda cool. Sat behind this cute guy. Just kidding. He's HOT. HAHA.

10.30 a.m. - 12 p.m.
BLAAAAAAAAAH BLAA BLAAAAHHH. - some, woman, man, giving speeches. I was listening to my iPod the whole time.

12 p.m.
Lunch at McD. Then collect my student ID. I LOOK HORRIBLE, it's not even funny.

1.30 p.m.
More BLAH BLAH BLAHHHHX.

2.30 p.m.
AH, here comes the (slightly) good part. 'Ice Breaking'.
We were divided into groups. I'm Group 2. There were about 9 @ 10 @ 11 per group.
Then each group received about 4 or 5 piece of newspaper and all group members MUST be in it. Just imagine how packed :p And then after each round, one by one piece of newspaper will be taken away, till there's only ONE.

OMG IT WAS SO, FUNNY. Just see these pictures, man. Carry someone, step on someone's foot,. Anything. As long as the group members must be in it, and can't touch the floor. So if you can tiptoe on one leg, still acceptable.(My group was eliminated early, HAHA. AND NO I didn't hug guys. I hugged the girls. HA-HA.)









The winner was a group who managed to balance ELEVEN people on that one small, piece of newspaper. I dunno how they did it.


And then, the second game, they gave us seven nails, with one nail attached to the, cork? I dunno. AND, we have to balance SIX nails, on top of ONE nail. :O YEAHP. You read that right. No tricks.

After some brainstorming, our group DID IT!

My group :D I honestly forgot some of their names. EHEH.


So I'll be starting officially next Monday. HIGHLY MOTIVATED, for now. We'll see how, next week :P


ps; Since I'm taking American DEGREE Program, some people assumed I'm already doing my degree and thought I was older than them :P I JUST realized technically, I AM doing my degree while my friends are doing diploma/foundation :D HAHAHA YEAH I WIN.
