Boys.Like.Girls! [part 2]

so after we were served with sprite, we just waited and the song Love Drunk was being repeated on the background. awesome song ;D

on tv(it was all over the club) there's music videos of the band.

on stage,(it's not exactly a stage, just a platform ?) there was a table, with 4 chairs. i was excited already. i know that's where they'll sit! like in the press conference.

then Phat Fabes came onstage. (or onplatform haha) . he mumbled something bla bla bla. and he asked was it hard to get the passes to come to this event? i shouted so easy! haha. but the rest shouted so hard! and he asked this one girl and she said she had to plead MTV VJ Denise and Jules from Fly Fm. then the other girl said she had to come onstage and explain why she wants to meet Boys Like Girls. whoa. compared to me, i just had to answer 1 simple question . hrm.

ok i'm not sure he wanted to reply 'see u there' or 'see u here' coz the time he tweet 'see u here' was around the time i aleady arrived there. haha.

luckily we don't have to wait that long. even when phat fabes announced 'they're already here!' we went crazy. haha. then when they came out, GOSH i couldn't believe my eyes!! they're here! in front of me! like 2 metres away from me! i screamed and cheered!! woooohhhhhh!! xD

gahh they're so hot.

we get to listen to their whole album, the new album. i really like their songs!
even from their first album, the lyrics are just awesome! Martin wrote most of it :) (i'm starting to like singer-songwriter coz they're.. more honest and wrote about real thing that happened to them)

we get to listen one by one, and before the song came on, they'll explain briefly about the song. well, not 'they'. the lead singer, Martin did most of the talking.

#4 - Two is Better Than One
definitely my favourite song in the album! and it featured Taylor Swift! i didn't know that. when they said Taylor Swift, i nearly fell down! haha no lar. but just so excited because i love taylor, and now loving boys like girls. when they duet, it's like a dream come true!

#2 - She's Got a Boyfriend Now
martin said he wrote this song when he flashback when he was 17 and he really like this girl. and kinda regret about not getting her. something like that! i dont really remember. ;p

#9 - The First One
i remember the lyrics were about getting your heart broken for the first time :)

#11 - Go
this song is kinda like the climb, you know, the one about not giving up on your dreams, and just go for it. a slow song, definitely feeling it. and the music was so... calming. :)


listened to the whole album. which is about 45++ minutes. and the whole time, when the music was playing loud, i looked at each of them. more like staring. and alin even said i didnt blink! hahaha. no lar, you know, i was just trying to take mental pictures of them.

Martin, obviously the lead singer and the hottest. he does the air guitar a lot.
Bryan, the blond, cute! has nose piercing.
John, wearing red plaid shirt, like me! (more story bout this)
Paul, he's hotter than Martin! but he looked shy.

i remembered Martin took this picture. and i know he's going to tweet it!


then once, when Martin was talking, suddenly there's this 'teeeet teeeet' sound. you know the sound when you placed your phone near the speaker/radio. John's cell phone was near the mic, so there was that teet teet sound. then paul took away the mic and john kept his phone. john, bryan, paul laughed because of that. Martin probably didn't realize that and he said 'Are you guys making fun of me??' to the three of them. LOL. then they explain it was the mic. Martin said 'oh the teeeet teeet sound? cool'. then he continued talking.

and that's Paul. *melts*

once, when the music was playing, Martin went to the back door. maybe to toilet. haha. then after that he came from the entrance we all went to, and he surprised everyone. like tapping at their shoulder and saying hi. but he didn't come to our table!! coz we seated at the side.i actually screamed 'martin!!you didn't come here!' hahaha. but the music was too loud he couldn't hear me.

then Martin actually sit with the chinese group at the front coz he said 'they look like they're having fun' ;p
SO JEALOUS.

then one by one they went out. see how many bottles on the table?? they had to pee. i think. haha.
since we sat at the side, and they walk right in front of us, if only i held out my hand, they'd surely shake my hand. but was too shy. ;p first bryan, tak jadi. then paul(!!), lagi malu. tak jadi. then john. I thought, why not? you know, the worst thing that could happen was me regretting not doing it. so i held out my hand and john actually 'slap' my hand and we shake hands. OMG! ;P

the songs ended. phat fabes actually said we're the first to listen to the whole album in asia! woot woot.

after collecting our stuff back(cameras and cell phones), i actually ask for the poster taped at the table! i ask can i have the poster? :D and this woman doesnt know if i can or not, so he asked this chinese guy and he said sure!. and i actually wanted to rip it off from the table. hahaha. but he said he'll get a new one. so i get 1 and alin also get 1 poster.

it's a a huge poster! *cough*cough* actually we didn't know what to ask them to sign. we didnt buy their first album. ;p ;p
